Blocks of stone are cut from earth with diamond studded, high speed equipment
Slabs are cut from the blocks
Slab is calibrated to uniform thickness
Sent through a polishing machine for the finish. Finishes include rough, leather texture and polished
Each slab is customized for specific installations; Edges are shaped and polished
Slabs are cut down to size to create tile; Tiles and slabs are packaged, shipped and stored vertically.

Maintenance

Sand, dirt and grit do the most damage to natural stone surfaces
Floors should be dust mopped frequently
Damp mop your natural stone floor with stone cleaners recommended by the manufacturer
Do not use any acids with vinegar or household cleaners as this can strip the sealer or etch stone.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or any ammonia-based cleaners as this can damage the finish on the stone
It is your responsibility to properly maintain caulking in heavy water-use areas
Each stone has different levels of susceptibility to staining
Sealing your stone will provide protect again stains, mold & mildew.
If you accidentally damage or stain your floor, products are available that may resolve your problem
