Today, laminate flooring offers a wider selection of colors, textures and realistic designs than ever before. Manufactured with beautiful looks that mimics the elegance of porcelain tile and the warmth of hardwood. However, Laminate is considerably more cost-effective than buying tile or hardwood.
Four main components are bonded together using high/direct pressure.
Sweep, dust-mop or vacuum your floor to remove loose dirt and grit
Use a laminate cleaner recommended by the manufacturer.
Place doormats at each entryway to collect excessive moisture and dirt
Use floor protectors on the bottom of your furniture
Lift heavy furniture instead of dragging across floor to prevent scratching.
Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring powder
Never use soap-based detergents or “mop and shine” products
Never water mop. Standing water will cause damage.
Never attempt to sand or refinish your laminate floor
